Simply put, Burundi coffee is a hidden gem of the coffee world. Overshadowed by Kenyan and Ethiopian coffees, it’s a different kind of coffee. Its flavour profile has more in common with the best Central American varieties than the better known African varieties. It has a great balance of acidity and deeper cocoa flavours, and many Burundian coffees also shine as single-origin espresso.
This web space is under construction. (I know, right?)
Up until now I have focused my efforts on getting my coffee up to snuff with the new roaster. Now that I believe I have achieved that, my next focus will be on getting the website functional (en français autant qu’en anglais) and increasing my presence on the Web, as well as in the West Island of Montreal.
